The first step to support Glomax company sustainability policies is to guarantee a nice, fair, clean and healthy working environment to the employees; in line with the highest safety and hygiene standards.
Providing a well organized and managed working place is the key to obtain high quality level performances.
Inside Glomax headquarters the working spaces are wide and very sunny and all the professional equipment received scheduled ordinary maintenance.
Moreover the noise level is controlled and kept at regular levels.

During the years several production improvements have been made by the implementation of automated machinery, thanks to the long term investments in favor of the productive site.
For instance the powder production plant had been completely automated.

Investments over employees formation related to safety are constantly scheduled in order to guarantee a continuous updated preparation for the operative and laboratories teams.
Safety equipment is punctually verified and substituted based on shelf life and use.
Employees are involved also in the risk identification process for seeking the most productive procedures able to minimize them.
The working environment and the staff are frequently checked to avoid any type of risk situation or variances. New processes development to eliminate the dangerous elements for the production has always been a priority.
Hexavalent chromium complete removal from Glomax production processes has been pursued and achieved with determination and commitment.
